Table Manager AI – Data Processing & Analysis

The Table Manager AI module allows you to analyze, transform, and query large datasets using natural language—without needing complex formulas or SQL knowledge.

1. Data Upload and Secure Processing

High Capacity: Upload .csv or .xlsx (Excel) files up to 100 MB and up to 100,000 rows.
Intelligent Structure Detection: Upon upload, the AI automatically analyzes the table layout, column names, and data types.
Preview and Manual Adjustments: Before finalizing the load, you can inspect the detection and manually adjust column names or types.
Strict Data Privacy: The AI never receives your full dataset. The system only passes the table structure (schema) and a few sample rows to provide context, keeping your data completely secure.

2. Intelligent Chat Interface and Operations

You can provide direct commands to the AI in the chat window alongside the table. Based on the context, the system automatically selects the appropriate operation mode:

GENERAL (General Assistance): Open Q&A, guidance, and analytical suggestions, acting like a standard AI assistant.
QUERY (Query & Analysis): Generates filtered views, statistics, and calculations. Results appear in a dedicated results panel.
TRANSFORM (Data Transformation): Directly modifies table contents—replacing cell values, deleting rows, or adding new rows based on specified conditions.
EXPORT (Data Export): Downloads the modified or filtered dataset in your desired format.

3. Manual and Interactive Features

Quick Copy to Chat: Click on any column header or cell content to immediately copy its value into the chat input field for precise prompt crafting.
Dynamic View: Sort data by columns or apply custom value-based filters.
Structural Adjustments: Add or delete columns manually directly from the user interface.

4. Tips for Best Results

AI Model Selection: Choose between Lite, Normal, or Premium AI models. Higher-tier models deliver greater accuracy and handle complex logic better.
Clear Instructions: The accuracy of the results depends on the clarity of your prompts. Specifying column names precisely leads to faster and error-free processing.
